Agreement to these terms

Any price discussed before we have seen the property is an estimate. Final pricing follows an inspection and is put in writing.

Requests, estimates, and scheduling

• Submitting a form or leaving a message is a request for contact, not a booking. Nothing is scheduled until we confirm it with you.
• Give us accurate contact and address details — we cannot reach you or reach the job without them.
• Weather, access, permits, and material supply can move a scheduled date. We tell you as soon as we know.
• Deposit, cancellation, change-order, and warranty terms are set out in your written estimate or contract.

Text message program

By giving us your mobile number and checking the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Delta Exterior Washing LLC at that number, including messages sent by an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
